Fine print

Starter plans

Minimum 12-month commitment.
Starter plans use Wolvespax templates in your brand colours.
Each service includes a name, short description (up to 30 words), price and 1 photo. Services or products beyond the plan's limit are charged at the hourly rate.
You supply all text and photos.

Editing & changes

Your dashboard is for managing bookings or orders. Website design and page changes are done by Wolvespax.
Content edits and any work outside the plan are charged at RM80/hour, with a 1-hour minimum and 30-minute blocks after that. A quote is approved before work starts.

Domain

Your .com or .com.my domain's first year is included in the setup fee. Premium domains are charged separately.
From year 2, you renew the domain yourself every year at RM92.90/year.
We'll send you a reminder 30 days before your domain expires.
If the domain isn't renewed, your website goes offline until it is. Wolvespax isn't responsible for expired domains.
Your domain is registered in your name, so it's always yours.

Payments

Payment gateway accounts are registered in your name. Gateway fees and approval are between you and the provider.
Gateway transaction fees are paid by you.
